  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status

Carrier selection depends on your location and shipping method.


6. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
  • Zest & Zeal is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly
  • Zest & Zeal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

8. Delayed Shipments

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier issues
  • High order volume
  • Holidays

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.


9. Damaged Items in Transit

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.
