6. Incorrect Shipping Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
- Zest & Zeal is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly
- Zest & Zeal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
8. Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
9. Damaged Items in Transit
If your item arrives damaged:
